Order Policy
• Performa
Invoice : will be
issued to customers after receiving the purchasing orders
(P/O) from the customers.
• Production period : the order
will be confirmed and proceeded after the advance payment
or L/C at sight. If we have those products in our stock,
It will take less than a week before shipment. If we don’t
have them in our stock, it will take 2-3 months for production
after receiving the advance payment depends upon.
Shipping
• Retail Customers (Order
less than USD 4,000): can be handled via
Post office: Air
Mail, SAL, EMS (Express Mail Service)
Courier service: UPS,
DHL, FedEx etc.
• Wholesale Customers (Order
more than USD 4,000): via freight forwarders, Shipping agent
can be provided upon your request.
For wholesale customers, you can contact us about other
products even you do not find in our site such as the original
Thai Musical Instruments, other handmade products, and etc.,
that we may satisfy your needs.
